How can we benefit from the wide range of skill, competences and experiences in the teaching staff that go beyond their immediate teaching profession? Lene Jensby Lange facilitated a workshop for the entire teaching staff at Soegaardsskolen (special needs school) exploring strategies to make extended skills visible and known in the entire organisation to enable even more exciting, rich and varied learning activities.
