The Foundation Phase Team from South East Wales visits Copenhagen and Malmö in November 3-7. Their role is to support the quality and development of early years provision across their region. Headed by Mike Davies, and in collaboration with colleagues in Malmö, we have put a hopefully inspiring and engaging programme together.
Jennifer, Kay, Gemma, Kimberly, Sharon and Gaynor – a warm welcome to Scandinavia! We look forward to seeing you here.
Below please find the programme as well as a collection of resources from Mike Davies which may be useful during your visit to Malmö and Copenhagen. We hope you will enjoy some inspiring days here.
We encourage you to tweet during the days – photos, thoughts, experiences. We use #bridgED as hashtag – preferably combined with #skolchatt while in Sweden, #skolechat in Denmark and perhaps also #edchat to reach an international audience (or #UKedchat).
For our debriefing session each day we will see if Google+ can be a helpful tool for sharing and keeping record. We have set up the group #BridgED. Here we will be able to share longer texts, links, discuss and keep the record accessible afterwards. We will also upload links here to collections of your tweets.
Looking forward to this week!
